Here are some ways you can help us – help you! In exchange for your support, we are always looking for ways to better promote our members - Here are just a few of the ways we can help you. We’ve provided a check box to mark the ones you are most interested in and a place to enter a completed date for your records.
□ ____________ VISITOR CENTER / 1-800-52-RELAX: Our Visitor Center is staffed during business hours – as well as Saturday and Sunday during peak travel seasons. After hours, our lobby is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to welcome visitors to Door County, providing access to your brochures and the online services of InnLine. Our Visitor Center Staff works to visit every member throughout the year but, you don’t have to wait for them, stop by and introduce yourself, tell them about your business and/or share photos with them. They welcome your visits and updates anytime. The Center is staffed full-time by Carol Butler, Jennifer Levendusky and Carole Counard. You can reach our Visitor Center by calling (920)743-4456 or via e-mail at: Carol@doorcounty.com , Jennifer@doorcounty.com , Carole@doorcounty.com □ ____________ BROCHURES: As a member, you are encouraged to display your Brochures or Business Cards in the lobby of the Door County Visitor Center. Our racks are designed to hold a standard 8”x 3½” promotional piece and we have storage to hold up to 500 copies and Jennifer will contact you as they run low. Contact Jennifer Levendusky with any questions: 743-4456 or Jennifer@doorcounty.com □ ____________ e-BROCHURES: Our InnLine Pages are now able to feature a PDF of your Brochure, Flyer or Rack card! With more than 100,000 PDF’s printed from our site annually, this is an awesome way to make your Brochure available online for distribution on demand. Simply e-mail a PDF of your piece to Phil at phil@doorcounty.com . If you don’t have the ability to create a PDF, ask your printer to forward a PDF or PDF Proof to Phil. Or, e-mail your original document to us and we’ll see if we are able to distill it into a PDF for you. This new feature is included with your membership at no extra charge. Contact Phil or Martha with any questions you may have. □ ____________ DOORCOUNTY.COM: The web has become the first place travelers look for information and our website is positioned to get their attention.
