Attention Deficit Information & Resources

At age 35, or so, I was diagnosed with ADD - only months after we finally found help for my son's ADHD.  As the saying goes, the apple doesn't fall far from the tree and it's safe to say, I have gained a wealth of information and experience throughout my journey.

Whether you're just interested or have questions for yourself or someone in your life, I'm here to help however I can.

Never hesitate to contact me.

Here are some interesting resources that I felt were worth posting.  There are many more and I will post them as I am able.  In the meantime, if you have something to offer and/or a link that would help here, let me know.  We're all in this together.  Phil
